Nursery Ministry

The nurseries are a vital part of the Faithway Baptist Church. Many of our members and friends serve others by caring for children. Children are God’s most precious gift to parents. As we study Scripture, we find that Jesus always had time for children. We understand that He had a heart for children; He taught His disciples to learn humility from children, and He challenges us to seek a harvest of children. What a wonderful privilege you will have to participate in and follow Christ’s example!

Children’s Ministry

Our children’s ministry is an extension of our ministry to families. We recognize that God has placed parents as the primary spiritual influence in their family; therefore, our goal is to partner with parents to assist them in leading their families spiritually. We encourage our young people to honor, respect, and follow their parents. The goal of our youth ministry is to come alongside the parents in their efforts to disciple their children through their Middle and High School years. We strive to water and nurture the seeds of the Word and faith that many of our parents have sown into the hearts of their children. Each of our monthly activities provides opportunities for serving ministry, edifying fellowship, and wholesome fun.

Teens

Our goal for teenagers is to ignite their passion for God and equip them with the truth of His Word. In a world full of challenges and distractions, we strive to create a space where teens can grow spiritually, build meaningful friendships, and discover their purpose in Christ. Through Bible preaching, fun activities, and opportunities to serve, we encourage young people to deepen their faith and live boldly for Jesus. Together, we are building a foundation of truth, connection, and lasting impact for the glory of God.

College and Young Adults

We relish the opportunity to serve college age and young Adults during this formative season of life as they pursue their training and take their early steps into their careers. They are vital members of the body of Christ, and we enjoy serving alongside them, watching them grow, and benefiting from their spiritual gifts.
This is an opportunity for young adults to grow together, ask the hard questions, and explore what it means to follow Jesus in today’s world. Through honest conversations, real connections, and relevant Biblical study, you’ll discover how faith and a relationship with God impacts every part of our lives.

Heart and Home

A ministry for young married couples with children, where our focus is nurturing homes with a heart for God and family. We believe that strong families are built on the foundation of Christ, and our mission is to inspire and equip families to live out their faith in practical and meaningful ways.

Adult Sunday School

Sunday school isn’t mandated in scripture—so why do we have it? Both believers and unbelievers can profit from a steady exposure to the Word and biblical thought in such a forum.
Our teaching goal is to encourage devotional and accurate application of the Word. We also aim to use Sunday school to give Bible knowledge through a structured curriculum approach. In addition, we have found Sunday school to be a good forum through which to expose our people to devotional literature to aid them in their understanding and application of Scripture.
Structurally, our adult Sunday ministry is set up to maximize Three biblical priorities:

  • To facilitate Bible Knowledge and encourage application of principles learned
  • To provide for the spiritual development of our people and increased opportunities for their service
  • To provide additional opportunities of spiritual fellowship in smaller formats
